Users must not engage in behaviour that disrupts, abuses, or harms others or the Platform itself.

- Share or resell access to your Subscription account;
- Upload, post, or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property;
- Spam or send unsolicited communications through the Platform;
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to collect data from other users;
- Impersonate any person or organization;
- Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes;
- Post misleading or promotional material unrelated to networking or professional exchange;
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or intimidation of other members or staff.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing or selling access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Enforcement
GlobX Ltd reserves the right to:
- Remove any content that violates this AUP;
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts involved in misconduct;
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities when required.
Decisions made by GlobX Ltd under this policy are final.

7. Amendments
GlobX Ltd may update this AUP periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
